Jeffrey has over 22 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He has been part of the industry’s evolution from Voice to Data to IP and Hosting and now Voice over IP. He has a proven track record of performance and leadership.
Prior to co-founding IP5280, Jeffrey launched LineSider Communications in October 2004, a VoIP Service Provider specializing in policy-based secure IP communications. Jeffrey's corporate experience includes serving as CEO and EVP of Sales and Marketing of ICG Communications. ICG is a CLEC operating in 27 markets with focus on Voice-over-IP. Under Jeffrey's leadership, the ICG team received a “Best of” Award in the area of Customer Service for their Voice-over-IP services and performances. In October 2004, he was integral to the completion of the sale of ICG to private equity investors. Prior to ICG, he served as VP of Sales at Qwest Communications, where he was responsible for a two billion dollar business unit and up to 2500 employees. Pearl was at Frontier Communications before joining Qwest. Prior to Frontier, he spent ten years at LDDS/WorldCom in various leadership and sales roles. |

John has over 22 years in the telecom industry including senior leadership roles in the introduction of a wide range of new technologies to the marketplace, ranging from early IP and VPN technologies to today's converged VoIP and Data Networking environment.
Prior to forming IP5280, John served as Chief Marketing Officer for LineSider Communications. Before joining LineSider, he held the title of Senior Vice President of Marketing, Corporate Communications and Human Resources at EchoStar Satellite Communications, where he was responsible for the acquisition marketing, corporate advertising and public relations of its DISH Network satellite TV service, as well as leading the HR management of the Company’s 20,000 employees. He was most notably responsible for executing DISH Network's charge against cable TV in the highly competitive pay TV industry, winning 2 Telly awards for the ground breaking "Cable Pig" campaign, fueling record subscriber growth. Prior to EchoStar, John served as Vice President of Marketing Services at Qwest Communications, where he was responsible for corporate advertising and sales communications across Qwest's Business, Consumer, Wholesale, Wireless and DEX directory services. His experience also includes 13 years with MCI Communications where he pioneered MCI's Internet Business Unit during the emergence of the Internet and was responsible for the sale of its Internet business to Cable & Wireless Plc. for $1.75 Billion. |

Jim King joined the IP5280 team during the creation stage in early 2006, after serving as the Director of Sales Operations at LineSider Communications. Prior to joining LineSider, Jim was most recently with Qwest Communications for 5 years in various management positions in the finance and sales operations organizations which consisted of over 1,200 sales reps. Jim was also with "ensuring AIMCO (Apartment Investment and Management Company) where he managed the analysis team which successfully completed two large acquisitions worth $10 billion in real estate. His experience also includes several years managing accounting, customer care, along with driving organizational efficiencies. Jim has an undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Denver and is currently pursuing his MBA.

Carlos Johnson has extensive field engineering and network operations experience with over 5 years of technical support leadership experience at ICG Communications in Denver, CO. Carlos played a major role in the implementation of ICG’s VoIP service, VoicePipe, including the responsibility of managing the implementation of the infrastructure between the VoIP softswitch and media gateways. He was also the team lead for all data products including DIA, iConverge, VoicePipe and MetroEthernet while at ICG. Prior to joining ICG, Carlos was a technical support engineer for Hertz Rental Car, maintaining the company’s extensive network throughout Oklahoma. Carlos brings that knowledge, along with experience with Cisco BPX, MGX, routers, switches, Carrier Access and Titan-DACs to IP5280 in his role as the head of sales engineering and field operations. Carlos holds a degree from Oklahoma State University.

Jamie Minner oversees IP5280’s sales channel and market expansion plans. Mr. Minner has over 10 years of sales leadership experience along with a proven track record for producing results in the telecommunications industry. Jamie served as the Vice President of Sales and Customer Service for Cbeyond, Inc., an integrated communications provider, and was responsible for the launch of the Los Angeles/Orange County market, delivering EBITDA positive results to meet its 18-month corporate goals. Before that, Jamie served and Vice President of Sales for Cbeyond’s Dallas market, and started his career with Cbeyond in Denver as Director of Sales.
After leaving Cbeyond, Jamie leveraged his sales leadership experience to create StratStaff, a recruiting company specializing in sales, training and management personnel. As a result of Jamie’s leadership and vision, the StratStaff team continues today as one of the leading providers of recruiting services in the Denver market. Prior to Cbeyond, Jamie held various sales and sales management positions with Tyco Industries. Jamie earned his bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Tennessee. From 1993 to 1998, Jamie was an active duty Marine, earning the rank of Sergeant before being honorably discharged. |

Jeff Pelletier will spearhead IP5280’s corporate technology strategy and roadmap, support client delivery and execution, and collaborate on business development efforts for IP5280’s commercial, wholesale and agent business units. “I’m excited to be a part of one of the fastest-growing business VoIP companies in the country,” said Pelletier. “I look forward to contributing to IP5280’s growth strategies as we develop new products and bring user-friendly innovations to market.” Earlier in his career, Pelletier was involved in the design, implementation and operation of large-scale data and telecommunications networks for Level3 Communications, WorldCom Communications and Nortel Networks Corporation. Pelletier also held positions with Net2phone, Masergy Communications, and Eze Castle in his career. Pelletier has several telecommunications-related patents pending, and was responsible for implementing one of the first Broadsoft-Microsoft OCS (Office Communications Server) solutions. Jeff is a 1992 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Sciences. |
