John Scarborough: Now that your Polycom phone is installed and ready for use, there are few key features that we would like to show you. First, let’s take a look at the phone. Your phone has many hard keys indicated here and the function of these keys never change.

Your phone also has a number of soft keys, which appear on your phone’s display as shown here. Soft keys change depending upon the features that become available during a phone call. That option can be selected by pressing the corresponding button below it.
