John Scarborough: After gaining access to your voicemail, you will have some various options available to you. By pressing 2, you will be able to record a new busy greeting for your voicemail. After pressing 2, you want to follow the prompts to record and save that greeting.

By pressing 3, you will be able to record a new “no answer” greeting for your voicemail. After pressing 3, you want to follow the prompts to record and save that greeting.

When you first set up your voicemail, it asks you to record your name, the names used in the Auto Attendant as well as your greeting for when you have nothing personal recorded. Once in your voicemail portal, you have the option to re-record your name by pressing star. When you hit star, it takes you to another menu where you will have new options available to you. Press 3 to re-record your name then follow the prompts.

Note that there are other features available within your voicemail portal not covered in this training such as forwarding a voicemail to another phone and creating and sending a voicemail message to another phone or group of users.
